Under "Sales - Other" you have the following options:
- Show deliveries
- Upload ESR client payments
- Payment reminder runs (reminders about outstanding invoices)
- Export data
- Account statements
- Recurring invoices (subscription)
- Enter payments (manually)
- Invoices with available client balances
Here you will find an overview of your deliveries. From here you can access all delivery notes you created for an order.

Here you will find an overview of your outstanding client invoices and can create payment reminder runs. To find out how to create payment reminder runs, refer to the help desk report "How can I create reminders using the payment reminder run function?"
"Export files" lets you export a wide variety of different documents within a defined period of time. You can define the export period yourself.
When exporting, select from the following:
- Export offers
- Export orders
- Export invoices
- Export credits
- Export deliveries
- Export incoming payments

If you want to send your clients an invoice multiple times, you have the option of entering recurring orders. For a detailed explanation of how to create recurring orders, go to "How do I enter recurring orders (subscriptions)?"
Here you can assign credits to outstanding invoices and, if you want to allocate an incoming payment, you can also enter the amount received. You can enter the amount received or also look for the desired invoice based on the invoice number.

An information window will open in the upper portion of the window. The credit can be posted right in the action field. To do so, press the button "+post credit balance as incoming payment (amount)".
The bar above the invoice indicates whether the amount was successfully posted. Green means that the posting was successful; a red bar indicates that something went wrong during posting.
