How do I order bexio?

We are delighted that you are thinking about placing an order. We are already looking forward to welcoming you as a new bexio client.

 

What will happen to my data?

Naturally you can continue to use or directly transfer the data you entered during your trial access when you place an order. So why not enter one of your clients during testing and go through the process using "real" data.

 

What will happen with my remaining test time?

If you decide to order bexio before your remaining free test time has expired, it goes without saying we will credit your remaining test time.

Specifically, if you sign up for trial access on September 1, 2015, for example, your trial access will continue until September 30, 2015. If you already decide on September 15, 2015, that you would like to order bexio, the account will still remain free of charge until September 30, 2015 and will only become subject to charge beginning October 1, 2015.

 

How do I order bexio?

If you want to order bexio, you can do this directly during your existing trial access. To do this, log in with your access data under https://office.bexio.ch. If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one under "Forgotten your password?".

As soon as you have logged in to your account, you can click on "Order now" in the blue bar to open the order form.

 

Step 1 - Packages, licenses and add-ons

In Step one, you are given a list of the packages, licenses and add-ons used in the test phase. If you want to order a package other than the one you tested, you can still change this under "Change". Using the symbols "+" or "-" you can add or remove additional licenses. Under "Choose add-ons" you can define the additional add-ons. Clicking on "Next" takes you to Step 2.

  

Where do the licenses come from?

The additional user licenses are selected automatically the first time an order is placed on the basis of the saved users. If you have added a test user you do not (yet) need, we recommend you delete the user before placing your order. You can administer users under "Settings - Packages / add-ons / users - Users".

 

Step 2 - Add invoice address

Step 2 allows you to add your invoice address. It is important you enter a valid e-mail address since we issue our invoices by e-mail once a month. This ensures you will receive your invoices in a correct and timely manner.

You're almost done! If you have received a voucher code from us, you can redeem this here. Voucher codes are distributed via a special partner or as part of special campaign – so keep your eyes and ears open! To redeem the voucher, click on "Do you have a coupon code?"

Ultimately, you will see a summary of the total costs and be able to check your package.

If you have a voucher code, conclude the order directly via "Order". Please note that, when you click on "Order", you confirm that you have read and accept our GTC. You can find the GTC at the following link: "General Terms and Conditions".
