What will happen to my recorded data?
The data you have already recorded in your test account can, of course, continue to be used or transferred directly to an order. So, be sure to capture one of your customers during the test phase and to play trough the process with "real" data. You can also delete the test data and start again from "zero". The recorded settings and contacts, products remain available. How to delete your documents, please see: Deleting Documents
What will happen with my remaining test time?
If you decide to order bexio before your remaining free test time has expired, it goes without saying we will credit your remaining test time.
Specifically, if you sign up for trial access on September 1, 2017, for example, your trial access will continue until September 30, 2017. If you already decide on September 15, 2017, that you would like to order bexio, the account will still remain free of charge until September 30, 2017 and will only become subject to charge beginning October 1, 2017.
How do I order bexio?
If you want to order bexio, you can do this directly from your existing trial access. To do this, log in with your access data under https://office.bexio.ch. If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one under "Forgotten your password?". function
As soon as you have logged in to your account, you can click on "Order now" in the blue bar to open the order form.
Step 1 - Plans, add-ons and discount code
Decide yourself how bexio should send you the usage invoice, as annual invoice or as monthly invoice and choose the desired package.
The add-ons, which you had activated and which are chargeable, are listed here as well. You can manage those under "Settings" - "Plans, add-ons & users" or click directly on the link: "Go to the management of add-ons"
The additional users are listed further down inclusive the price, which you have to pay for. You can manage this within the user management. Go to "Settings" - "Plans, add-ons & users" - "Manage users" or click directly on the link: "Go to the user management".
If you have a discount code, you can enter it and can see below, the price, which you have to pay.
Step 2 - invoice address, payment method
Step 2 allows you to add your invoice address. It is important you enter a valid e-mail address since we issue our invoices by e-mail once a month. This ensures you will receive your invoices in a correct and timely manner.
Decide how you want to pay the bexio user invoice, by bank transfer (ESR) or by means of a credit card. With the credit card you have the big advantage that you can deposit this in bexio and bexio automatically debit the credit card with a usage invoice.
When you select the payment method "Credit Card", you will be able to enter the details of your credit card in the next and last step. Of course your credit card data will be stored in a PCI-compliant format. With the method of payment method (ESR) you can conclude the order of bexio directly.
