Why can't I perform an import?

I can't find the import button. Why?

Users without administrator rights cannot perform any imports (into the address book, the calendar or products). You can, however, grant a user the authorization required for this.

To do so, open user administration "Settings - Packages / add-ons / users - Users". Click the drop-down menu for the desired user, select the option "Edit user permissions", then under "Admin", choose the option "Activate" for the item "Module".

 

Note

Please note that a user with activated administrator rights also has access to all bexio settings. For more information on user permissions, please refer to our helpdesk article "Defining user rights".
