A closed fiscal year can be reopened again. This allows you or your delegate the opportunity to record any late bookings and carry out the annual financial statements again. Please contact support for this.
Please write an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that the email must originate from an email address belonging to a bexio user.
How do I find out if my fiscal year is closed?
Go to "Booking" - "Other" - "Download past annual reports", where you can see the last closed fiscal year.
In this screen, you can click the "Change fiscal year" option on the upper right-hand corner to change to another fiscal year. You can see if your fiscal year is just blocked or closed.
