What happens after the end of the billing period?
The subscription is automatically renewed and you will then receive the new invoice by email again as usual.
Why is the invoice more expensive than shown in bexio?
The prices excl. VAT are shown in your bexio account. You will receive the bexio invoice with VAT included, which is why the invoice is more expensive than shown in bexio.
Why can't I see my discount in my bexio account?
No discount can be displayed in your bexio account, as this is stored internally with your bexio account. You will receive the invoice with the discount.
What happens to my remaining trial days?
If you have remaining trial days and activate the bexio account for a fee, you will not receive the bexio invoice until the trial days have expired.
Why do I see a credit note/transfer from customer account on the invoice?
If you have received a credit note (for example a referral credit note) from us, this will be listed under Credit note/transfer from customer account and deducted from the invoice.
Why do I see an amount under 'Payments taken into account until' on the invoice?
If you have paid in too much, the overpaid amount will be deducted under 'Payments taken into account until' directly on the invoice.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?
The cancellation is always carried out at the end of the current billing period. This applies to both monthly and annual invoices. The invoice already received remains valid and must be paid.
