When and how will I receive my invoice?

You will receive the invoice 1-2 working days after the end of your trial period (provided you have completed the purchase process) or after a change of package. You will receive the invoice at the e-mail address you have stored in your bexio account.

Please note that after switching to annual billing, you will first receive a pro-rated annual bill. Your bexio year always starts from the date of purchase.

Example: Your bexio account became chargeable on 01.01.2021 and you switch from monthly to annual billing on 15.01.2021:

You will receive a pro rata annual statement from 15.01.2021 to 31.12.2021. In this statement, the previous monthly statement (01.01.2021-31.01.2021) will be deducted on a pro rata basis.

From 01.01.2022 you would receive the first normal annual bill). With monthly billing, you will receive a bill for one month in advance.

Billing periods

Each subscribed package has a term. We call this the billing period.

Current billing period

You receive the invoice for your subscription in advance, so your billing period always appears on the latest invoice. If you don't know where to find the invoice in your bexio account, please consult the following article: "Where can I find my bexio invoice?".
